We're Hiring! Could you be our new Partner Church Lead?
We are delighted to be recruiting a Jubilee+ Partner Church Lead. We’re looking for someone who loves building relationships, loves the local church, cares about poverty and is super-organised!
About the role
This vital role involves overseeing the care of our Jubilee+ Partner Churches, our primary means of engaging with the local church.
The Partner Church Lead will help churches develop their thinking and practice so that care for those in poverty is embedded as an essential and everyday part of becoming like Jesus.
Key responsibilities
-Oversee our activities for Jubilee+ Partner Churches and our care for them.
-Support Partner Churches to use Jubilee+ resources effectively.
-Encourage participation in Jubilee+ events.
-Equip churches to serve their communities well.
Contract details
-This is a permanent, part-time contract.
-Hours per week: 17.5 hours (2.5 days).
-Salary: £15,000 per annum (£30,000 pro rata FTE) + 10% non-contributory pension.
-Start date: October 2026.
-Place of work: Flexible
-Probation period: 4 months
