Chris is the Jubilee+ Projects & Operations Manager. She has been a Civil Servant, a Direct Sales team leader and, having reluctantly been persuaded to join an event management team several years ago, has discovered a love and flair for organisation and administration. She is passionate about the local church being good news to its community - being ready to welcome the lonely and the outsider. She is the UK Administrator for the ChristCentral School of Leadership, is married to Alasdaire, and has three grown up children.

Rosie is founder and former CEO of the charity Beloved, co-founder of a social enterprise LoveWell and co-founder of Bristol prayer gathering, Vision for the Vulnerable. She is passionate about gospel transformation, and seeing those overlooked in society take their place as loved, dignified and flourishing individuals and leaders. Rosie loves writing, hosting and learning about God’s reconciling love. She leads Jubilee+ Voices, an advisory group initiative which gathers people with lived-experience of poverty, to help shape future church-based social action.

Charlie oversees schools work for London City Mission as well as being part of the Jubilee+ core team. Charlie has a particular heart for reaching urban, unchurched kids and is the founder of Equipping Every Kid. Charlie is the writer of Overflow kids' curriculum – a Jubilee+ resource which unpacks God's heart for the vulnerable. She is married to Frazer and is raising four children in inner-city London.

Ben works full-time in the NHS as a Physiotherapist for a local trust in Lowestoft, and is a member of the Jubilee+ Core Team. Ben has experience of working in local church leadership and has been involved in setting up and running a number of social action projects his town, and he remains a trustee of the local Foodbank. He has long been interested in politics and social transformation, and most specifically is passionate about addressing the inequalities that exist within UK society.

Will Pearce is a leader and Elder at King’s Church Leicester where he is also on staff as an administrator. Will joined the Core Team at the end of 2021, having felt God challenge him while serving at his church’s foodbank that serving those in poverty more was than a tick-box exercise, and is central to the Christian life. He is passionate about those in poverty receiving not just practical support, but encountering Jesus and experiencing spiritual transformation. He is married to Jen, and they have two children aged seven and five.

Rachel heads up communications for Jubilee+ and lives in Eastbourne with her husband Andrew and three children. The couple drew on their personal experience of raising children with autism in a book titled ‘The Life You Never Expected: Learning to Thrive while Parenting Children with Special Needs’. Rachel has a heart for the vulnerable and marginalised, and for serving churches which reach and welcome those most in need.

Natalie Williams grew up in relative poverty in the deprived seaside town of Hastings. She has been involved with Jubilee+ since its first year, and took over from founder Martin Charlesworth as Jubilee+ chief executive in April 2021. Natalie is the author/co-author of five books, including ‘Tis Mercy All.
