Where mercy and justice meet

There are a number of ways in which Jubilee+ can help you and your church, including teaching and resources.

Jubilee+ team members have a great deal of experience of speaking at church meetings, conferences, seminars and other settings. We speak on a range of subjects, from a theology of social engagement to influencing local decision-makers and from poverty in Britain today to the biblical basis for care for the poor. You can find out where we’re speaking next on the ‘events’ page or request a Jubilee+ speaker by contacting us.

Whether your church has yet to step into social action, social justice and social enterprise or if you’ve been doing these for years, the Jubilee+ team offers training on how to get started, how to sustain what you’re doing, how to expand it and be increasingly effective at reaching your communities, and more.

We produce a range of resources that may be helpful to you and your church, from briefing papers on specific issues (e.g. the refugee crisis) to research into the impact of church-based projects. The ‘issues’ section on this site provides information on a variety of issues facing Britain today and how we can get involved.

In addition to featuring a number of franchise organisations on this website, from time-to-time we bring together people from across the country who specialise or have a particular interest in a specific issue, for example asylum seekers and refugees.
