*UPDATED* Our events and the coronavirus

As you will know, we had three events coming up, which we were very much looking forward to.

Unfortunately, due to the rapidly changing situation, we have had to cancel the first of these events - Handling the media (27 March). Our administrator will be in touch shortly with all those who have booked tickets. All ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund, or to wait and use the ticket for a later event, once this crisis has passed.

We are waiting to see what will happen about the remaining events - Young people + knife crime (13 May) and We need to talk about race (13 May) - and will be in touch with those who have booked tickets as son as we have any further information.

If the events do go ahead, please consider the risk to others before you travel. If you are unable to attend because of self-isolation or mandatory quarantines, you will be able to transfer your ticket or get a full refund. Please do not attend if you are unwell, due to the risk to others.

Above all, our hope is that we as believers would model sacrificial love for those more vulnerable than ourselves - at this time that includes many who are experiencing relational poverty due to illness or fear of illness, as well as those who are less able to provide for their daily needs. Christians have, since the earliest times, been at the forefront of caring for the needs of others. Let's approach this present crisis with the same attitude.

"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." - 2 Timothy 1:7 (NKJV)
