Introduction to Look Again.
Look Again is a Jubilee+ resource, in partnership with Youthscape, London City Mission, and Newday. It has been shaped for youth, by youth and is designed for youth leaders to use with young people aged 11-18. Look Again is FREE for our Partner Churches — log in to our partners page to get the electronic version, and a paper copy has been sent to your church. For non-partners, the complete 10 sessions plus spinner are available to purchase for a one-off cost of £100.
In the Gospel of Luke, we read that Zacchaeus climbed a tree because “he wanted to see who Jesus was…” (Luke 19:3)
Look Again is designed to help young people figuratively climb a tree and take a fresh look at who Jesus is and, like Zacchaeus, be transformed by an encounter with Him. We hope and pray that any misconceptions about Jesus will be challenged, and that young people will have new revelation of God’s heart for them and those around them.
It can be used on its own or run in your church in parallel with Overflow (our kids’ curriculum for 5–11-year-olds) and Follow (our discipleship course for adults). Each of these resources features the same 10 sessions: favour, friendship, mercy, compassion, generosity, healing/hurting, kindness, anger, justice, and welcome.

Look Again helps you take your young people on a journey through 10 topics, beginning with what they see around them or have already experienced (OUT), moving to what Jesus shows us in the Bible (UP), into thinking about what God is saying to them personally (IN), and finishing by showing it to others (THROUGH).
Why The Spinner?
For the main Bible study element of each session, we wanted to give young people a tool to help them dig deeper into well-loved Scripture passages. Whatever we already know or do not know about Jesus, the Spinner provides an opportunity to look UP at Him from another angle.
But there’s more… the Spinner has a dual-purpose. While there is an orange Bible reading spin, there are also blue Action spin options to select additional activities. These ‘DO’ and ‘YOU’ activities are designed to help young people understand the teaching points through different learning styles.
We are trusting that as you take your youth group through this resource, it will be helpful in reframing how they see Jesus, themselves, and those who are vulnerable, excluded or marginalised.

You will only receive email from Jubilee+ in relation to Jubilee+ matters e.g. latest news, future events, funding opportunities, etc. We will not share any individual user details (including your email address) to any third party without your consent.
What information do we collect?
We collect information on our users through email sign-up, contact forms, donation forms and/or registration at an event.
For email sign-up and contact forms we keep the minimum information needed to identify you and be able to communicate with you. For registration, we ask for information necessary for event badges, payment confirmation i.e. name and address, dietary needs and contact details. For donations, we keep the minimum information necessary to verify payments and claim Gift Aid.
Who will have access to your information?
By default, your personal information will be visible to our internal, authenticated users of the site. Such personnel are only allowed to use that data for Jubilee+ purposes. They are not allowed to transfer it to another organisation.
What else you should know about privacy?
Remember to close your browser when you have finished your user session. This is to ensure that others cannot access your personal information and correspondence if you share a computer with someone else or are using a computer in a public place like a library or Internet cafe. You as an individual are responsible for the security of, and access to, your own computer.
Please be aware that whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information over the Internet that this information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information in publicly accessible online forums, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are using the Internet.
