We are delighted to announce that from today, Natalie Williams is the new CEO of Jubilee+.
Natalie has worked with Martin Charlesworth, the founder of Jubilee+, since the charity's earliest days, and has always shared the vision for equipping churches to help people who are trapped in poverty or injustice. As the UK emerges from a year of the greatest upheaval most of us have ever known, we have an opportunity to rethink not what we do so much as how we do it. How do we go beyond the excellent projects that many of us have been running for years, and get this concern for those in poverty into the very DNA of our churches?
A few weeks ago I interviewed Natalie and Martin about why Martin is handing over the reins, why he chose Natalie as his successor, and what Natalie is looking forward to in the season ahead.
