Where mercy and justice meet


The Jubilee+ core team members come from a range of backgrounds and have a variety of interesting experiences between them, but a shared passion for the Church to make a significant difference in the lives of the poorest and to society as a whole. The core team is supported by the Jubilee+ directors and currently has six members:

Andy Biggs (Durham)

Heads up our Impact Research team
Runs his own business, director of Traidcraft and is involved with a number of other charities and social businesses.

Martin Charlesworth (Shrewsbury)

Leads the Jubilee+ team
Focuses on speaking, writing and advocacy; one of the leaders at Barnabas Community Church, Shrewsbury.

Pete Lyndon (Bristol)

Coordinates our partnering and networking
Background in church leadership and social work; advises churches on social action projects.

Sue Lyndon (Bristol)

Oversees our conferences and events
An experienced conference administrator; Sue has worked with Christian charities and churches over many years helping run and oversee works that help people in need.

Natalie Williams (Hastings)

Jubilee+ communications, including writing and social media
Former journalist who grew up in one of the most deprived areas in England, now working for Jubilee+ and King’s Church Hastings.

Paul Mogford (Cockermouth)

Head of network development, overseeing our issue-based networks
He is also operations director at his local church, responsible for networking with decision-makers and other churches to help people in the area.

Jubilee+ Directors

The Jubilee+ core team is supported by a board of directors, or trustees. These are Graham Anns (chair), Andrew Biggs, Martin Charlesworth, John Evans, Andrew McWilliam, and Kate Welch.
