Placement Development Coordinator

Home4U Cardiff is a small Registered Charity which works closely with ShareDydd, which is a hosting organisation. Both organisations work with people who are asylum seekers but are destitute as a result of Government Policy. Home4U offers respite placements in dedicated properties while ShareDydd offer a temporary solution through hosting via partnership with Refugees at Home.

Job Title: Placement Development Coordinator

Reports to: Head of Services

Hours: 21 per week

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £26,250 pro rata [based on 37 hrs]

The Placement Coordinator is part of a small team of people, which include the Head of Services and Management Assistant. They oversee much of the day to day running of Home4U and ShareDydd. They will know the volunteers, hosts and residents/guests well enough to be able to deal with administrative and placement matters effectively and efficiently. Together with our volunteers they will offer an efficient and caring service which upholds our principles.
