Moments for Mindfulness

The team adapted some of its professional advice for refugees to provide general information for anyone who needs a little bit of extra support in times of pressure and stress. It looks at a wide range of ways to alleviate stress throughout the day, whether at work or at home.

It deals with ways of planning the day, as well as mindfulness exercises, creative activities and reflecting at the end of the day.
