#CTCC21 Watch parties

#CTCC21 Watch parties

Our first hybrid Churches that Change Communities conference is quickly approaching, and this year it's being hosted at The Message Trust in Manchester.

One of the main benefits of our time together is learning from likeminded leaders (in the sessions and the breaks) and - after a gruelling 18 months - finally getting to worship and pray together too.

We're aware that for some of you it is impossible to make the physical journey to Manchester this November, but we also know how hard it can be to stay focused and envisioned without that sense of community experience.

With this is mind we're hoping that #CTCC21 Watch Parties will enable delegates to learn, discuss, pray and eat together.

If you have a group of social activists, or perhaps church members looking in from the sidelines (but unsure where they fit) why not use this as a team-building opportunity?

The conference day runs on Saturday 6th November from 10am-5.15pm. Online delegates with be able to join with worship (led by The Message Trust band) and watch Natalie Williams and Sam Ward's keynote addresses. In livestreamed seminars from the main hall Rob Davey will be asking 'what is the role of the prophetic in social action?' and Angela Kemm will be exploring 'how we offer hope and salvation' in our projects. Online delegates are also welcome to choose from a selection of pre-recorded seminars on the day.

Tickets are £30 per person (whether online or in-person) with £5 subsidised tickets available to those experiencing financial hardship.

We would recommend getting together in a comfortable room in a home or church building (anywhere quiet with a decent wifi connection!) and nominating somebody to organise coffee and pastries. If you are located within striking distance of another Newfrontiers church, or other churches in your community where social action is a priority, why not consider joining forces, and building connections with another team?

If you have not yet booked in you can do so here, and do reach out to us @JubileePlus on Twitter if you're hosting, as we'd love to keep in touch with you and your Watch Party on the day!

NB. The pre-recorded seminars will be available to in-person delegates after the conference, and all delegates will have exclusive access to them for a month, before we make them publicly available.
